The wines offered for sale are produced and bottled by Domaine Paul Gadenne, an independent winegrower in Chignin (Savoie). The essential characteristics of each wine (appellation, vintage, price) are indicated on the website at the time of ordering.
Sales are made by the bottle. The Domaine reserves the right to modify its prices or range at any time; the applicable prices are those displayed at the time of order confirmation.
Prices are quoted in euros, inclusive of all taxes (French VAT at 20% included), excluding delivery charges. Delivery charges are calculated and displayed during the payment process.
Domaine Paul Gadenne is established in France. Sales are subject to French VAT at the current rate. In the event of a change in the applicable VAT rate, prices will be adjusted accordingly.
Orders are placed online via the shopping cart available on the website. They are validated upon payment confirmation by the Stripe platform. An order summary is sent by e-mail by Stripe to the address provided at the time of payment.
The Domaine reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of out-of-stock, manifest pricing error, or doubt regarding the buyer's age. In such cases, the customer will be fully refunded.
In accordance with French regulations, the sale of alcohol is strictly prohibited to persons under the age of 18. By placing an order, the customer certifies that they are of legal age.
Payment is made online, securely, via the Stripe platform. Accepted payment methods are credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.). Full payment is required at the time of ordering.
Domaine Paul Gadenne does not store any bank details. Transactions are processed directly by Stripe, in accordance with its own terms of use.
Deliveries are made exclusively within metropolitan France, by UPS carrier. Indicative delivery times are 2 to 5 working days from order confirmation, subject to stock availability.
Delivery charges are borne by the customer and calculated based on the volume ordered. They are clearly indicated at checkout, before any payment confirmation.
In the event of a damaged parcel upon receipt, the customer must make precise reservations with the carrier at the time of delivery and inform the Domaine within 48 hours by e-mail.
In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products liable to deteriorate rapidly. The Domaine reserves the right to refuse the return of bottles whose transport or storage conditions have not been respected.
Products benefit from the statutory warranty of conformity (Articles L.217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).
